2. What Data We Collect

When you make a reservation or contact us, we may collect:

  • Name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number
  • Reservation details (date, time, party size, special requests)
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To process and manage your reservations
  • To send booking confirmations and reminders
  • To respond to your enquiries
  • With your consent, to send marketing communications about events and offers
  • With your consent, to show you more relevant advertising, and to avoid advertising to you for something you have already booked

4. Data Retention

Reservation data is retained for 2 years for business records. Marketing consent data is retained until you withdraw consent.

5. Your Rights

Under the Gibraltar Data Protection Act 2004 and GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for marketing
  • Data portability

7. Third Parties

We share data only with:

  • Stripe (payment processing, where a deposit is required)
  • Our email provider, to deliver booking confirmations and reminders
  • Google Ads (advertising audiences — only if you have opted in to marketing, see below)

Advertising audiences. If you have opted in to marketing, we may share a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address or phone number with Google, so that we can show you more relevant advertising, avoid advertising to you for something you have already booked, or reach other people with similar interests. Google cannot read the original details, uses them only to match against its own signed-in users, and deletes them once that matching is done. We never include anyone who has not opted in to marketing. You can opt out at any time by emailing jurys@huntergroup.gi, and you can control personalised advertising in your own Google account at myadcenter.google.com.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
